HOW WE GOT HERE

The intention came first.

What if the problem isn’t effort? What if the lesson is being delivered the wrong way?
AFQT Unlocked grew out of building learning experiences for real people who did not all learn the same way. Some needed the words read aloud. Some needed a picture before a formula. Some needed a mistake repaired without being flooded with more text. Some could get an answer right once but could not reproduce it later.

The project became a bigger question: can the lesson change intentionally around the learner while preserving what they actually need to know? The public experience keeps that behavior while scrubbing real learner names, histories, scores, educational records, and production data.
